There is an abundance of storage on board with built in cabinetry in each bedroom, the kitchen is large and is well appointed with wall oven , 5 burner stove top, granite style bench tops and garbage compactor.
Monticello houseboat has a large rear lounge room with dining area and breakfast bar. The drop down TV is prefect for entertainment which is operated by a satellite dome system.
Upstairs offers a large living space under cover with an additional kitchen and a second helm, a large sun deck out the front with day beds provides a great sunbaking area. The living space is enclosed with clears and fly’s which enables the area to be used in all weather conditions.
